FBG has some articles but they tend to be more general.
I guess it would depend on the Keeper rules. Some leagues have it so you can keep X amount of players irregardless of the round they were drafted in. Other leagues you can keep a player but they cost the round they were drafted in. Also some leagues you can keep a player for 2-3 seasons and others for longer than that.
I wouldn't necessarily reach for a rookie but if they fall I would definitely take a chance. I personally try to wait until the middle rounds to later rounds because most rookies will flash but it will take until Year 2 or 3 for them to really start to propel themselves. Outside of maybe a handful (Luck, RGIII, Richardson, Martin, maybe Blackmon on the WR side) I'd say the odds are against immediate success like last season.
Here is an example of my league's draft to illustrate. This is out of 20 Rounds and QBs can be a premium since we have a flex option.
Round 1: Andrew Luck, RGIII, and Trent Richardson went 1-2-3. Doug Martin went at Pick 8.
Round 4: Brandon Weeden went at Pick 7.
Round 5: Coby Fleener went at Pick 11.
Round 6: Justin Blackmon went at Pick 8.
On the flip side of those... RB Ronnie Hillman went Round 8, RB Robert Turbin went Round 9, WRs Alshon Jeffery and Reuben Randle went Round 10, and WR Kendall Wright went Round 12.
In a 12 team standard league I'd aim for this...
Round 1: Andrew Luck, RGIII, maybe Trent Richardson
Round 2: Doug Martin
Round 4: Justin Blackmon
Round 6-8: Coby Fleener, Alshon Jeffery
Round 9-11: Brandon Weeden, Ryan Tannehill, Stephen Hill, Kendall Wright, Ronnie Hillman, Robert Turbin
Round 12-16: Deeper players that you like who may not make an immediate impact but could have some impact towards the end of the season. Guys like TE Dwayne Allen could be valuable here.
