With D Williams having knee surgery,is  Fitzgerald Toussaint worth even adding if you own Bell as a handcuff? or even adding as a non-Bell owner. Williams is old for a RB,and he didn't look very good this year when he did play. I know Toussaint has a crappy ypc,but is a decent receiver. Maybe if Bell went down,he could do well in that O!

I'd be more interested in Karlos Williams, who is on their practice squad. Toussaint was not impressive when forced into action last year
