They don't count. Even their teams don't think they are real QB'sHow has Jake Delhomme and Matt Moore not been mentioned yet?
Guys playing for injured or suspended players dont count, i guess i should have pointed that out.I don't know what team Matt Cassell plays for, but I think you mean Matt Cassel.I would rate them:Trent EdwardsDerek AndersonJake DelhommeShaun HillMark Sanchez
I think you just stated in essence what we all feel directly in your own post...he has a great amount of weapons, and he still had a tough time (other than Breaston). He'll do better than last week for sure, but a decent to good QB there should put up really good numbers. I just don't see it.Is Derek Anderson really that bad? Someone in my league dropped him, their QB situation isn't really that good to begin with, and I thought with the weapons available on the Arizona offense, it might be a little soon to call him a bust this year. I have Peyton as my starter, he'll start every week...but I was thinking of picking up Anderson as a "just in case" backup. So again, is he really that bad?
Right. I hear you. I'm just thinking, maybe wait at least a couple of games to see. A couple of games to see if he starts to develop a rhythm with his team. I mean, it wouldn't surprise me if he's a total bust. But, I think the guy in my league pulled the trigger a little too soon.I think you just stated in essence what we all feel directly in your own post...he has a great amount of weapons, and he still had a tough time (other than Breaston). I suppose the question is (because I don't know), who was getting first team reps in TC/preseason? Were they both (being Leinart and Anderson)? If Leinart was solely getting reps, sure I can see he needs to develop some chemistry with Fitz and others. If not, then that would be very telling, wouldn't you agree? The other thing is that they were going against St. Louis, which are not very good. Keep that in your mind as well.Right. I hear you. Maybe it was about even?I just did some real quick research on Nfl.com. Looks like Leinart got the start the first 2 games of preseason and Anderson got the start the last 2. I'm not sure how long starters played in any of those games. You make good points though I just think it's very early in the season.I suppose the question is (because I don't know), who was getting first team reps in TC/preseason? Time will tell for sure. I hope I'm wrong, I actually like the guy .. him and Braylon's connection a few years back was very sexy indeed, fond memories.Maybe it was about even?I just did some real quick research on Nfl.com. Put their career stats side by side and Campbell is superior in every category and has sustained that superiority over twice the amount of time that Edwards has played. Certainly they're both bottom 10, but Campbell is not bottom 5.Jason Campbell is probably worse than Edwards.
Freeman? That one's a little surprising given some of the other options. The guy did just lead his team to a win with an 89 QB rating and a broken thumb in his 10th game as a starting QB.Care to elaborate on why you think he's uber-bad? Just curious.1) Mark Sanchez2) Alex Smith3) Derek Anderson4) Trent Edwards5) Josh Freeman
