If I slot Ingram whom do I sit?

Oof, man that's hard to do for some reason - maybe due to that Raiders defense and then Ingram is so inconsistent. Both are on the road against bad run defenses but Samuels has that added receiving dimension. Wish this was easier, but thank you!

Samuels could easily do what Ware did last week and underperform expectations especially since Ridley is a capable banger.

I think Chubb(especially) and Ingram are locks, but I think I'd go Samuels over Edelman. Just don't really trust any Patriot right now, with so many option healthy right now.
