Forte... (1 Viewer)

Wet Doggg

He has cost me wins the last two weeks losing by less than 2.5 points both weeks. Is he even tradeable at this point? The Bears O-line is awful. And seems like he is not getting the pass looks like he did in the first two week as he is staying into block. How do you think he will fare the remainder of the year?

I don't think he is tradeable. The sad thing is, I don't think it is his fault. That offensive line is terrible. It is not as though he is missing holes, or is slow. He just doesn't have any room to run or make anything happen. Redraft: HoldDynasty: Buy low

Probably untradeable and borderline unstartable even for a fill in. He'll just be too inconsistent, largely due to factors out of his control. Forte can't and won't be a traditional i-formation runner in this system and particularly behind this line, and for whatever reason Martz isn't calling his number in the passing game the way they did the first couple weeks. All things being equal, Forte has the skills to be a mediocre traditional running back, or a very good third down style back. The only Faulk Forte should ever be compared to is Kevin Faulk, and that's really the role he should be given. But the Bears have gotten away from that.

He'll fare horribly. There's a reason they call them "running"backs.

Trade him if you can.
