Frank Gore - Questionable (1 Viewer)

Shcefter is the same idiot who said Barber was starting and i switched from Choice to MB3 because of the idiot

If true how do you guys like Foster as a #2 RB this week?
I like foster, he seems like a relatively safe play with some big point potential. He's fresh and running hard. I have gore and lynch as my starters in my championship game so I have to lean on foster. I'm just happy gore has been ruled out and is not doing an MBIII on us.I think the 49ers will put up some points so i like hill as well in this contest.

John Czarnecki of FOX Sports states that there is a good chance Frank Gore (sprained ankle) won't be active for today's game at St. Louis. The 49ers are yet to decide his status, but fantasy owners should have an alternate plan ready to go in case he is held out.

Foster did reasonably well at Miami last week and I think we could assume his stats would be better at STL if Gore is OUT.

Plus I made a bone head decision and benched Choice last night.

Well if he is "out" then there is a pretty good chance he wont be active.

Within the last hour:

"NFL.com's Adam Schefter reports Frank Gore will miss his second straight game with a sprained ankle on Sunday. However, Gore is expected to make it back for the 49ers' season finale vs. Washington next week. DeShaun Foster will get the start again. He is not a bad fill-in against a weak Rams defense".

So, Foster would be a better PPR play than Colston or Marshall? I've got to think so - he should conservatively put up 20-80-1, 3-20 vs. Rams

Per KFFL.........It's official. He's out!

49ers | Week 16 Inactives

Sun, 21 Dec 2008 08:58:08 -0800

The San Francisco 49ers have declared LB Ahmad Brooks, C Cody Wallace, RB Frank Gore, OG Jacob Bender, QB Jamie Martin, CB Marcus Hudson, CB Reggie Smith, RB Thomas Clayton inactive for Week 16.

I'd play Foster over a banged up Jacobs.

wow, I know for most of us this is the final week

and this isn't the forum for this(but have you tried to get an answer in the AC?), but I'm got to choose between R Brown and Foster.

Foster is in, but FBG's has Brown at #12

What says the FFA say in my final week?

How about this one...start 2 out of:

Foster (vs STL)

Jacobs (healthy?)

Benson (vs CIN)

LJ

Faulk

Talk about :banned:

I'm rolling with Jacobs & Foster with fingers crossed...

For the record, I haven't started the right 2 RBs together in about 10 wks...so Benson, LJ or Faulk will almost certainly have a solid week. Choose wisely...
