If you'll pardon the cross-posting, I posted some extended thoughts after the first week of free agency at DynastyGuys.

Good stuff. I have been looking for some news that covers not only the signed free agent but also the impact on the players around him and what it might mean to the player's old tem.

I think I'm most surprised by Morrison and Witherspoon. These guys are solid 3-down MLBs from what I've seen. You'd think some teams would take a shot with them, particularly Morrison since he's still young.

Part of the Week #2 story line has to be Dem Froncos frontal assault on revamping their DEF Line:

1) Justin Bannan

2) Jarvis Green and

3) Jamal Williams

....and the release of Andra Davis (64,28 and 3.5 sacks).

Hand picked FA's and gone with the wind for the #2 tackler. Those last two games were brutal for the run DEF.
