How high of a ceiling does this guy have? Does he look like the starter to you sooner rather than later?

True. I'm in a 3 year (maybe longer) dynasty. Do you add him over Colt McCoy? I guess the question becomes who has the brighter future McCoy or Gabbert...

That's a tough call. Gabbert's arm >>>> McCoy's, remains to be seen if the rest of his game is as good. I'd stick with McCoy, and cut someone else for Gabbert. He should absolutely be owned in any dynasty league.
