I noticed that too

They interview players before hand (edit: and watch practices) and often have an idea of some things they may do in the game. I'd guess Kelce probably said something about the play, and Michaels saw he was lined up in the backfield so knew it was coming.

I like how the Chiefs are utilizing Tyreek Hill thus far.  Maximizing the effect he has on the defense by lining him up in different spots, faking plays his direction, putting him in motion, etc.  Amazing how much an offensive mind like Reid can get out of a talent like Hill while similarly skilled players have died on the preverbial NFL vine.
