yea it was greatarya Stark flying in out of nowhere fan service cheese
I think the vastness of the battle - in addition to 80 minutes - is what makes it so impressive - from the fields, to the walls, to inside the castle, to the crypts, to the Weirwood tree - to the dragons fighting each other in the sky - so much ground to cover. Will take time to process and evaluate.....but might be the GOAT battle in all of cinema/TV.
Yeah that spear/staff weapon, then take it apart to use it some too. Just bad ###. And then the final kill.Putting killing the night king aside, Arya is a ####### beast.
I'll say this tho - I'll never accuse em of have'n no ballz anymore!Massive kudos to the dead just crushing the Unsullied.
Kind of begs the question - why bring did the Lord of Light bring Jon Snow back?Berric Dondarion....Ned sends him off in 1.7 and his sole purpose after that is to die protecting Arya in the critical moment.
And none of them knew it.
HBO could also stream in 4k to make things easier...The dragon fighting was great, but my eyes are too old to follow it. I liked it. 20 year old me would have liked it more.
Because the public loved his character. Hollywood baby.Kind of begs the question - why bring did the Lord of Light bring Jon Snow back?
LolzThe screamers with the fires going out was great. Most after that was very meh imo. Kinda feels like Lost finale to me with the let down. I knew Ayra was gonna kill him but I thought she would be disguised as Bran. I might have liked it more if it was a half hour shorter and the knocked off some big shots. I won't watch it again.
Did Brianna make it?I added Red Woman a little later, but great add on Ghost - I think.
Uh...you think he's staying dead in the books? Obviously not. Melisandre being at castle black is the perfect set up. People suspected that would happen for a long time.Because the public loved his character. Hollywood baby.
I think there will be a lot of "best scenes" from the episode.Best scene was the dead rushing in from the darkness like a tidal wave.
Brienne made it. I couldn't tell what happened to Pod and Gendry. Anyone?Did Brianna make it?
I know quotin' myself ain't classy, buy man...this line just blew me away.Theon - you're a good man - thank you.
That is what I thought. I thought they managed to kill the other dead dragon but Rhaegar died in effort and was raised up again when dead were raised.Jeebus that was intense.
Pretty sure that dragon at the end that was trying to kill Jon was Rhaegal. I'm pretty sure there is only one dragon left.
I thought I saw her standing near a wall with Jamie.Did Brianna make it?
He was the main person that united everyone for the fight.Kind of begs the question - why bring did the Lord of Light bring Jon Snow back?
I think podric was with brienne and Jamie. There were three people standing thereBrienne made it. I couldn't tell what happened to Pod and Gendry. Anyone?
Alive - unless I'm a fool...Brienne made it. I couldn't tell what happened to Pod and Gendry. Anyone?
I assume they lived since they weren’t given a clear death sceneBrienne made it. I couldn't tell what happened to Pod and Gendry. Anyone?
My thoughts exactly. I've never been into battle scenes that much so this wasnt meant for me. Looking forward to moving on to some intrigue against Cersei. This wasnt bad but no way would I watch it again. The screamers with the fires going out was great. Most after that was very meh imo. Kinda feels like Lost finale to me with the let down. I knew Ayra was gonna kill him but I thought she would be disguised as Bran. I might have liked it more if it was a half hour shorter and the knocked off some big shots. I won't watch it again.
I think he was going to be killed off and things changed because of his popularity. They have just been spitballing plot for while so it is what it is.Uh...you think he's staying dead in the books? Obviously not. Melisandre being at castle black is the perfect set up. People suspected that would happen for a long time.
I think K cover it...nice job KDid Brianna make it?
SPOILER FROM THE NEXT EPISODE TRAILERJeebus that was intense.
Pretty sure that dragon at the end that was trying to kill Jon was Rhaegal. I'm pretty sure there is only one dragon left.
I thought blackwater was well thought out and better all around. Will take time to process and evaluate.....but might be the GOAT battle in all of cinema/TV.
Basically giving the fans things they want. Like if someone had saved Ned right before he was beheaded. What is fan service. That has been used in the avengers thread also
By George? Maybe. I am positive she gets the honors now in the intended novel too.Obviously Arya getting the kill shot is blatant fan-service
