Game Thread: Bengals at Ravens (1 Viewer)

Only thing I can think of is he thought he actually speared him, as opposed to hitting him with his shoulder which is what he did. Shouldn't have been a penalty.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's what the ref thought. I actually thought it was spearing for a minute on one of the replay angles.Ye gods, Dalton. All I needed was for the Ravens not to have a huge game. Now I'm fully expecting a second defensive TD.

Wow...stupid play from Dalton. It's 4th and 15 and pressure's coming...chuck the dang ball as far as you can. Who cares if it's intercepted because it's still better than a sack?

Dumb play there

What was Dalton doing there? You're down by 28 and it's 4th and 13. The worst thing you can do is take a sack. Might as well throw it up deep and hope AJ goes up and grabs it. Even if it gets picked though, you move the ball 30-40 yards. Or if it's incomplete they take over where you are. Getting sacked is just dumb.

Harbaugh is stupid - sorry, but up 28 and having Flacco dropping back is silly - Flacco shouldnt even be in the gam.

Up 28 and Harbaugh is barking at the official. Relax.
screw that. no lead is safe. i like it when the coachs maintain the intensity too sets a good tone for the team.
Running the ball and taking time off the clock would actually make the lead safer. Not to mention sparing your QB from taking hits like that.
my comment was vis a vis harbaugh arguing the penalty, not hanging Flacoo out to dry.
