Game Thread: Chargers at Raiders (1 Viewer)

Hmm....added Streater a few days ago on a flier after dropping Hillman. He was certainly at the end of my bench after tonight, and then he gets a TD and 2pt conversion. 10.7 pts if not for the fumble.

I still dont think thats enough to keep him considering he the mediocre numbers were with Moore out, and maybe DMC getting a lot of targets (though not this many) will be a weekly norm, but then again I have Russell Wilson and Alex Green on my bench who look pretty droppable.

Also, :lmao: at the Raiders still having DMC out there not only for the last drive, but really the last couple. I dont wish an injury on DMC, but the Raiders deserve it for that stupidity

Horrible statement.

Don't agree, quite frankly 5 more seconds and anything is possible. If McFadden isn't out there that last, drive to everyone else doesn't happen (though coulda happened all game which is more a reflection of Palmer than coaches)

You dont have your franchise player, injury prone franchise player nonetheless, in a game thats over. Pure stupidity, and a coaching staff that does that should have it come back on them somehow.

If the Raiders get an onside kick, they drive for the potential game-tying score. Not sure what point the game was ever over. It's not like San Diego was up thirty.

Game wasn't over, Hoss.If they block that punt OR recover that onside kick, they have a chance to score again.

Glad you're not my NFL coach..."Alright guys...we're down by 8 with 30 seconds left....lets just go home."

WTH is a banquet beer?
It's the kind of beer us Raiders fans will use to choke down the bitter taste of this home opener loss to a hated division rival.
Remind me never to attend one of your banquets.
I will remind you, kind sir, that what my banquets lack in the ambrosia of quality malty, hoppy libations, they more than make up for it in the mutton department. I am not one to brag, but my civet of pigeon and capon-stuffed jugged hare is the pride of the Uplands. And the wenches...oh, the wenches.

What in the blazes was that onside kick styling by Sea Bass? That had to be one of the worst onside kicks possible.

And not a backup long snapper to be had. Woof.

Yeah, I guess I wasnt focusing as much after they made it 22-14. Between the Ravens blowout and this snoozefest, I guess I shouldve paid more attention that last minute.

While they had a chance at the end, and even had a chance before the TD, this game was effectively over. When the Raiders havent scored a TD all game and there's 5 minutes left with it being 22-6, spare me the hope of a miracle comeback and leave the 1 guy the team needs to go anywhere this year on the bench.

How often does Bill Belichick pull Tom Brady when they have a overwhelming lead?
