Game Thread -Divisionals-Pittsburgh V Indianapolis (2 Viewers)

lmao

"Manning waving them back!"
Not sure I have ever seen that.I have seen a coach acquiesce, but I don't think I have ever seen a coach get faced like that. Dungy just turned around and walked away.

Gutsy call, Peyton - and probably the right one at this point in the game.
Yeah but Manning looks like an idiot if they don't make it ... and Dungy looks like he has no control over the team.
How does he look like an idiot? He's trying to win the damn gamn and not go home for the off-season. Manning looks good either way for having the heart to go for that play.
There's two words that should never be mentioned in the same sentence. Manning and heart.
Except he just showed it on that last drive. So much for that theory.

Finally turning into a decent game. Hopefully the Indy D will be inspired now. I don't have a dog in the fight, just rooting for a fun game.

Long, long way to go, but if the Colts win this then Manning sending the punt team off will become legendary.
:goodposting: The Colts need to stop the Steelers running game now, because that's all they're going to see, especially with Roeth's arm hurting.

One drive absolves him of entire day of horrendous play? One drive makes up for years of horrendous chokes in the playoffs?

Manning has played fine most of the day. No mechanics breakdowns. The oline was just getting outplayed. Here comes the "Manning is a choker because he lost to better teams on the road" crowd again.

Its sad, but maybe Dungy should have taken the rest of the season off? It just doesnt seem like he had a gameplan...
give pitt credit. big ben made some real nice throws to get them to 14-0 and pitts def played well too.

iam sure dungy didnt say, go out there and suck

Now is about when we start to hear from all the Peyton Manning apologists. What is the excuse this year?

You want to talk about horrendous play, look at Tarik Glenn.Anyone with a third of a brain can see that the problem is the offensive line. Give a QB more than a second to throw the ball.

who was the back judge? the guy who called the interference on samuel vs. lelie? jesus, these refs can't get out of their own way.
