Game Thread: Patriots at Titans (1 Viewer)

Hahahahaha missed that spike, huh Gronk?
I'm more concerned with the circus catch he made. Looks like it's gonna be another long year for teams without an answer to Gronk and Hernandez. Belichick's greatest move since coming to NE was drafting those two. Everybody was like "Two TE's? WTF???"

Jon Bon Jovi sitting next to R Kraft-Who's the guy sitting behind him with the ripped jeans?

One of his band mates?

Patriots defense has been looking explosive. The pass rush is actually insane right now, they've not gotten pressure on very few plays, and they've had some massive plays. The secondary looks faster and more disciplined than prior years. This team could be scary.

More pressure on Locker today than they've had combined over the last two seasons.

Sweet sig  Jury still out on that call. We'll know more by week 8.

Agree the Pats D is looking really good - but I don't think their pass rush has really looked that great. Their rush defense has been very impressive, but I don't believe they have pressured Locker too many times (based on pure observation). They have done a very good job at containing Locker during pass rush situations, something they did a poor job at last year. I agree about your statement regarding the Pat's secondary too.

I don't get it...what happened to all those rumors that Lloyd and Brady were looking great together? Where's McDaniel's influence?

Lloyd has looked great. He's made some absolutely insane catches today... it's just that Hernandez and Gronk are just too good to not throw to. Hell, Welker has barely gotten any looks because Stevan Ridley just took over his job, which is to be the short game.

Tennessee & Locker as bad as I expected.
Apparently the OL is just as crappy as last year...either that or all the talk about CJ being in shape and ready to go was a pile of crap. Scary to think that $8 mil/year gets you 11 carries for 4 yards.

How does cook look?
From what I can tell, pretty good. He seems to be running routes really well, getting nice separation when I see him coming across the center of the field. Just not getting targeted that much.Just got sorta robbed on a TD. Chung was all over him (borderline pass-interference IMO), and he almost made the grab anyway.

5-69 is a pace of 80-1,100+, and the touchdowns will come.

Chris johnson with 11 carries for 4 yards...OMGoodness it's 2011 all over again. WTF is up with that OL? They have got to get some guys for the interior of that OL, just no push whatsoever.

Yeah, I love Wilfork more than almost anything, but when he's constantly breaking up plays in your backfield, you have some serious OL problems.
