Megatron scared them away.Dumb last play. Throw it up in the endzone.
I need them..the first fumble on 4th down hasn't showed up yet.and 2 more points for the Lions D!
"too young"?nice win but this Lion's team is overrated. Too young and their QB is made of glass.
Agreed. A terrible game for the Bucs offense and he still throws for 245/TD and rushes for 26 yards.Freeman gets around 18pts in a game where TB barely had the ball...He's gonna be good this year.
Fine your QB is made of glass and no way will he play a full season. Dude is fragile. I'll replace "young" with "dumb"."too young"?nice win but this Lion's team is overrated. Too young and their QB is made of glass.Stafford looked pretty solid to me today. cramped up, but half of both teams did. Frankly, it's a lazy excuse to bash Detroit.
Harrison showed more burst. Best looked better catching the ball than running.'ponchsox said:I liked what I saw from Best, 21 carries and 42 receiving yards. Hopefully he will find the endzone next week.
When was the last time the Lions had a dominating D?After more than 30 years of watching Lions games, I want to say that it's amazing to see them playing like a real professional football team again. It's been a lomg time since we had efficient drives on offense (and rushing) and dominating D. They still have a long way to go to be great, but they showed that they are capable of being very good!
Tiger's dominate ... Michigan and Michigan State win ... I'm still employed ... it's a great time to be in Souteast Michigan.
it doesn't make sense to me, but the official play log on that 4th down fumble was that graham recovered it himself. He didn't, but that's what the official stat sheet says right now. may be changed, but i don't know. very odd.None of the stats are showing a recovered fumble by Detroit on that fourth down play. Lions recovered two fumbles in that game, including the one on the last play of the game. Unless they ruled the runner was down prior to fumbling.
Hmmm. back when they had Bennie Blades? When was the last time the Lions had a dominating D?After more than 30 years of watching Lions games, I want to say that it's amazing to see them playing like a real professional football team again.
