If Tolbert's hairstyle means anything, the guy really wishes he was a Cowboy.
A lot of them because the Vikings are doing a good job of covering the WR's downfield. What % of Rivers' passes have gone to RBs in this game?
True, but the circumstances have been that the Chargers were in scoring position, and we have yet to see Matthews on the field when that happens.Tolbert has 3 TDs, but IMO that is more circumstantial.
And what I'm saying is that if the two of them continue playing the way they have today, that will change.True, but the circumstances have been that the Chargers were in scoring position, and we have yet to see Matthews on the field when that happens.Tolbert has 3 TDs, but IMO that is more circumstantial.
I see what you are saying, but you might be giving Norv too much credit. And what I'm saying is that if the two of them continue playing the way they have today, that will change.True, but the circumstances have been that the Chargers were in scoring position, and we have yet to see Matthews on the field when that happens.Tolbert has 3 TDs, but IMO that is more circumstantial.
After this performance, I'm wondering if he isn't the worst QB on the Vikings roster.I'm blown away with how terrible McNabb has been. How do you have 39 passing yards in a game?
I've yet to see them win anything with one.'kylechoffman said:Bolts can't win with out a kicker..
They were playing with the lead for a good portion of the game too.WTFPeterson doesn't even get 20 carries and yet they only have 7 ####### completions. What a horrible game plan.
I hope he is OK.Tolbert walking on the sidelines with no trouble.
Vikings did a pretty good job keeping the deep ball in check. He was wide open on a potential deep TD pass, but Rivers overthrew him. Other than that, the Viking D kept everything in front of it.Can someone who watched the game explain what happened to Vincent Jackson? Was he just shut down?
As the announcers pointed out, Rivers didn't really overthrow him. Jackson didn't come hard out of his break, apparently not expecting the ball, and when he saw it, he couldn't quite catch up. Had he run hard out of the break, it would have been a TD.Vikings did a pretty good job keeping the deep ball in check. He was wide open on a potential deep TD pass, but Rivers overthrew him. Underthrown and it was a floater. Then you have Berrian playing like his usual terrible self. If he would of attacked the ball, it's a catch. Instead he's tentative and cries about not drawing a pass interference call. What a total pile of garbage.I like out D and STs, but that was such a horrible way to loose. This will be a terrible team that will loose a lot of close games. Looks like Minnesota doesn't have to worry about getting rid of the Loserville, USA moniker.Cason was burned badly on that play. Fortunately, the Vikings QB is McNabb, and the ball was underthrown.
Easy.. The coaching staff got lazy.. or just stupid in the 2nd halfI'm blown away with how terrible McNabb has been. How do you have 39 passing yards in a game?
I'm curious about this wrist injury and if it was a major limiting factor in the game plan and the cause of that performance. McNabb couldn't have looked worse. He missed a number of very easy throws and his deep ball to BB looked nothing like the one they had in the preseason.Yeah, I'd like to hear about McNabb (Harvin owner here)- how did he only have SEVEN pass attempts in a losing effort? Can he rebound from this?
Is there some play in football more successful than a touchdown that I'm not aware of?And what I'm saying is that if the two of them continue playing the way they have today, that will change.True, but the circumstances have been that the Chargers were in scoring position, and we have yet to see Matthews on the field when that happens.Tolbert has 3 TDs, but IMO that is more circumstantial.
