OK, I don't get to see much of the Pack and this thread wasn't very illuminating (sorry, no offense meant). But it seems from the box scores that they're getting tougher and better every week. Anybody who sees them all the time want to give me an overview?

Favre is playing nearly as good or better than anytime in his career. McCarthy has really reeled him in.The running game is coming along very nicely. The OL is really starting to finally gel and open holes. Ryan Grant runs hard and fast. I see now why the Giants kept him as long as they could. He's the real deal.Donald Lee is giving them another weapon that they have sorely missed for the past few years; a TE that can catch the tough ball and more importantly get nice yardage after the catch. Greg Jennings, Donald Driver, James Jones and now Ruvell Martin are quite the quartet of talented WR's. Add a strong TE (Lee) in the mix and this is really opening up the running game.The Offensive line has always given Favre enough time, and they are even better this year.McCarthy is turning into a very good game coach and calling a very very good offensive game keeping the Defenses off balance and making the proper adjustments at halftime.Not only the game calling, but I'm very impressed that thye come to play every Sunday. Today's game scared me, with the Thursday game coming up, and off a shutout over the Vikings last week, I saw this as a game they very well could have lost had they not been focused. They didn't play the best today, but they still won handily a testament to the team and defiintiely McCarthy's coaching.The Defense is playing outstanding ball. The two shutdown corners Woodson and Harris are playing the best they ever have. Everyone said Woodson was washed up when GB got him, I think not.They have one of if not the best D-Line in the league going 6 deep anchored by Kampan who is a monster.The Linebacking corps has to be considered a top 5 LB groupThat's about it, they are playing steady ball and not making mistakes.
