Game Thread W11 - Indianapolis V Chicago (1 Viewer)

Manning's "greed" has resulted in a 27-3 lead. The jealousy displayed against Manning is laughable.
I don't care who scores for the Colts. It's just really annoying to see Manning hopping around with his stupid audibles when it's 1st and goal with a 3 TD lead. Just shut your piehole and run the f'n play. Seriously there's no need for all the drama with his audible B.S. in that type of situation. I think it's actually worse than some of the silly end zone dances that these guys do. Just run a play jackass.

This is an important half for the Colts defense if they think they are Super Bowl contenders. They must stop the Bears cold.

Does anyone remember what people thought of Marino when he first set the record? We're the hardcore FFLers whining like this?I was into FFL back then and really don't know. Its amazing that there is this much bitterness about it.(I don't have Peyton on a roster -- in fact I have Edge which isn't benefitting from this)

Yea!!!!!!!That POS Manning audibles out of a running play, 1st and goal and throws a pick in the end zoneI f'n hate Manning with such a passion........Anybody that doesnt think he is deliberately passing for the record is either lying or clueless
   Manning doesn't care about your FF stats. I hope he passes for eight TDs today just out of spite.

You people defending Manning are completely clueless. This guy is deliberately trying to shatter a record. He is not doing this because they need him to do it. Watch the games and get a friggin clue

You're right. Manning should be kicked out of the NFL for trying to score massive amounts of points for his team. That kind of effort should definitely be discouraged in the NFL.

Colts D nice play this week.
I dropped them last minute for Goings. Too bad I didn't start Goings, If only I had a crystal ball that told me Jamal Lewis was going to #### out today.

So what exactly is the problem? Since when was football about "feelings". It's about scoring and winning. If your opponent can't keep up with you, that's their problem. If you can break some records along with breaking your opponent, then more power to you.If you can't handle that, bowling is on ESPN. There is a max score so you won't have to worry about feelings getting hurt.

Man, some of you have absolutely no idea how the game of football is played. And I think one of you are actually staff :yucky:

Football is also about keeping your start players happy and with the team long term. Both Harrison and Edge are in their contract years...Manning isn't doing much to keep them with him.

That's what's more than just scoring more than your opponent.

If its all about winning it doesn't matter how they play now.
Disagree here. This team needs to toughen up on defense and stop teams. Won't happen with Krenzel today but many teams have come back in the second half before. Not quite sure of the Manning-hating. When the teams want to start double-covering in the red-zone, James will get more carries. Remember, the last few years they couldn't get the tough yards.

Gimme a break, if their tender little million dollar egos are that fragile, they have no business being a PRO ATHLETE... You Manning bashers need to get some new material, its all getting old. Just sit back and enjoy it, he is going to break the record. we may not see it happen again in our life time. At least he's earning it, its not like Favre's giving him a gift sack or something.

You play the game of football for YOUR TEAM, NOT YOURSELF.Manning is playing for himself right now.

...waiting for all the Dallas Clark owners to chime in on how they are getting screwed.
I am a clark owner in two of my leagues and don't have an issue with it. I understand not all players can have huge days. The offense is taking what is given them.
