Game Thread W11: NY Jets at Denver (3 Viewers)

Denver is winning the field position battle so far....

I do not think Willis is feeling too well. They may need to temper his production right now...

This really is a horrible game. One team has a good looking QB who was overrated playing at a storied football college and way overdrafted and has no place on an NFL field but stays because he "just wins games".

The other team has Tim Tebow

I would have liked to see Tommie Frazier get a shot at running an option offense in the NFL. He was the best option QB I ever saw.

i never thought of mcknight as a featured back more of as a cop back. maybe they either trust him more to pass block or knows the playbook better than powell

It's not about his knee, Mike. It's about whether the first toe down goes out of bounds before the second toe touches down.

Can't wait to see Denver's 2-minute drill.

Still nothing but dive plays, but snap the ball with 0:10 left on the play clock instead of 0:05.

Nebraska OL were 30 pounds heavier than any other player, so there's that advantage gone.
Wow, it's so simple. Go recruit 350 lb. O-linemen and win every game!
I know! I've been emailing this exact strategy to the Saints FO daily for the past 10 years. I still haven't gotten a response. :kicksrock: But seriously, you have to remember that OL being monstrous and it didn't seem like it mattered who was getting the ball.
