Game Thread W14 - Dallas V Detroit (1 Viewer)

there you go..The Officials have done their job...Given Dallas a victory...
Please elaborate. The P-Cray catch? Both feet were down in bounds. No question.
Im not going to say that the officials were helping Dallas but to review that call and basically give the Cowboys a free timeout to gameplan....it did help out. But the officials were not favoring anyone though.
Fair enough. Although the Det Def got the brief respite, as well.

How about the two no-calls? How about the friggin too many men on the field? you dont think that MAYBE the Offense wasnt set yet? NFL officiating is and HAS been pathetic...they HANDED this game to Dallas. JUST like they handed last weeks game to NE.
:banned: -> :lmao: That's the credibility check I needed. Thanks.

Oh and ETA: :lmao:

I didn't see the officials miss a 35 yard field goal or fail to fall on a game winning punt or refuse to cover Jason Witten all day or let Marion the Barbarian run untouched into the endzone on 4th and goal.

Not favoring anybody? And yet, you bring up the review. They were NOT calling this game fair. Granted Detroit lost it at the end, but this has got to be the 3rd worse game I've ever seen officiated

Heres the deal. Dallas fans think it was fair. Lions fans think its the Lions. The truth is..NFL officiating sucks

this must be what pats fans feel like, everything just goes their way and they win a game they should lose

Hmmm They had the game till Witten fumbled Geez blame another Detroit loss on the refs?

 I think the refs had real problems today, but you have to execute at the end regardless. Detroit didn't. Dallas did.

You appear to have a few issues, I just can't take you seriously. Great win. The Dal defense is mess. All you have to do is go 5-wide and find Reeves or if Roy is 1 on 1.Romo is just sick.

Not real impressed with Dallas today. Still they won on the road and stayed relatively healthy. They did what they needed to do.
 They should have lost this game, been destroyed this game. But they pull it out, go home in good shape and can look towards win number 13.

I knew Dallas had a bunch of guys that can't cover, especially the Pro Bowler. I was pretty disappointed that they didn't get a pass rush today, which was a surprise.

 If the NFL wanted to rig this game, it would've done so in favor of Detroit. Dallas winning made both teams' remaining schedules less likely to be meaningful.

Let me guess.. you've seen 3 games?I think the refs all in all called a good game. I didn't understand reviewing the catch made by Hurd?... as he clearly had both feet. And of course, I didn't want for them to call the J. Witten fumble.. but, they nailed it right on. There were clearly 12 men on the field no where near being set for Detroit. It seemed pretty even... Dallas struggled and stepped up.. and Detroit had controlled the game and just fell apart.

Dallas is soft. They've now struggled against buffalo and detroit on the road.
yes, a very soft 12-1. Why they even take the field is beyond me.
No pass rush today. Roy Williams is tremendously overrated. Except for the goal line stand they weren't very good. They should be VERY happy they will have home field advantage in the playoffs. They get smoked by NE, Indy or Pitts if they are fortunate enough to get there.

You make a ton of good points.Agree.Very much agree.Agree.Very much agree. (Isn't every team with home field advantage very happy?)Yes, because Indy has played perfect all season. I'm sure Pittsburgh lost to Arizona and the Jets for a reason. And NE has just beaten everyone by 30 this season. :goodposting:

4 out of 5. We are compatible couple.

I know I'm kinda late, but I agree that Roy Williams sucks. As of now, he's no longer worthy of name abbreviation schtick. Which makes him less of a man than T-Cur, N-Fol, or K-Dav.
