It was like a heavy weight fight and they beat the crap out of us. We attempted to win a few rounds late and make it a match, but they came back in the final round and threw the KO punch.

No not at all, but Jax cannot claim that they shut down the Steelers run game when Parker went over 100 yds.

steelers fans (myself included) should not bother to defend this team after the disgusting performance today. we were horrible on defense, playing without inspiration or fire. the multitude of stupid penalties and bad fundamentals make it clear that this team is not playing at a playoff level. both the coaches and the players need to have a serious gut check and regroup to have any chance in the postseason. i am thoroughly disgusted.

After the Baltimore game, I really felt that the Steelers could match up with any team in the league when they played up to their potential. I thought that they were as balanced on both sides of the ball as any team. What I see now is that they were a team that took care of business (usually) against weaker teams. In the playoffs, they won't be playing any weak teams. I see a team that isn't very efficient on offense and all of a sudden is giving up big plays on defense. I know 2 years ago was a magical season and the Steelers made a run that they had no business making. I just can't see that with this team. I can't remember the last time I saw a Steeler team physically dominated 2 weeks in a row. This team is in serious trouble right now and I'm just not sure that they're even talented enough to get it right.
