Since all the players were properly "set", there was no 10-second runoff.Seems like an interesting way for a team with no timeouts to milk the clock -- just line up in an illegal formation when you spike the ball. Presto, free timeout.at in laws with game on mute... why no 10 sec run off for the penalty?
