Game Thread W16 - NY Giants V NY Jets (1 Viewer)

:lmao: Sanchez is garbage
Why does anybody defend this guy, let alone jets fans? He's awful. So awful.
I officially jumped to this side of the fence a month or so ago.As a Jet fan, I'm done with himSchottehemier is a big part of the problem as well, but Mark just isn't good enough mentally.
You are historically one of the most reasonable Jet fans around so :thumbup:I have no dog in the fight but this was the game on in my region and I'm just going from what I see. Neither of these NY teams give you confidence they have an ability to do something in the playoffs however.

I came to that conclusion about the Jets during the two Bills games. They were certainly better than the Bills, but I really don't think they're going anywhere this year. Sanchez just isn't a good QB. And I'm not saying this just because the Jets are in the Bills' division.

Brandon Jacobs just gave one of the all-time great post-game interviews to Sal Paolantio. He called Rex Ryan a "disrespectful *******" and a "big-mouthed, big-bellied" coach.

Is there a video link to this anywhere? I wish I could find one. Also, I heard on the radio that Jacobs got into Rex's face postgame. Anyone know what was said/done? I hope Jacobs walked up to Rex and rubbed his belly like a Buddha. That big mouthed fat ####.

:lmao: For a guy who has barely cracked 500 yards this season coming into this game (along with the under 50 yards rushed this game), he really needs to keep quiet. Know your place.

1st down on the 1 and they fake to Greene. Arghh! The fantasy football gods hate me this week.
Which made the 2nd time on the day. Schottenheimer HATES S.Greene. 1st and goal is 100% play action to Greene this season.

Disagree with this ... The Jets are never very good but they back into the Playoffs and show up once they get there. The Giants usually show up for big games (they got sucker punched by the Eagles and downplayed the Skins)but they went toe to toe with the 9ers in SF and would have beaten GB @ home had they gotten any breaks at all.

That said ... The Giants kicked the crap out of the Jets.

Once the Gints got on a role they completely dominated despite the numerous HUGE calls that went against them.

Gints had 2 TDs called back, one which was complete BS and one because Gmen had 12 on the field (though it had no impact on the play). They also had a couple of turnovers reversed because of questionable or borderline calls.

Just about every penalty call or non penalty call went the Jets way ... It was completely one-sided after the Jets first possession.
