Can someone go to Biabreakables's house and check on him. He has been typing for 30 minutes now. I fear that he went into a coma and did a head first dive onto his keyboard.
nm. :lmao:

I don't think there is any room for doubting that Childress IS an idiot and should be fired. :shoots foot:But not because of what is happening in this game but because of what has been happening all season. This is just more of the same. The Vikings have the opportunity to go up by 2 TD yet only get 3pts out of it. Allowing the Donkeys to get back in the game. The lack of innovative play calling and poor game management as well as a total lack of being able to adjust to what the other team is doing is why the Vikings struggle. Because of the coaching. The players have been good enough to overcome this at times this season because of their great execution. It is pretty obvious that against any well coached team the Vikings will be at a disadvantage though. We saw that last week in a must win playoff type game at home the Vikings got dominated by a team whos personel are not better than the Vikings but who's coaches clearly are. We are seeing more of the same today. It does seem that somthing is not right with AD however. He has not been doing what he was doing pre-injury since he came back healthy(??). It may be the rookie wall or it may be somthing else. It definitly doesen't help that the coaches broadcast when they are giving the ball to AD by never using play action, screens ect. to make defenses pay for overstacking to stop him.
:lmao: Exactly

Chester has racked up a lot more yards (and fumbles), but his holes have been a lot bigger. He is running well, but if AP had been in for CT's long run in the 1st Q, he would have hit paydirt. If AP had CT's carries this game he would have more yards than they currently have combined.

I've been watching football a long time and this is frustrating watching a team "not" play their most explosive player. The only thing I can figure is that ADP is (like another person mentioned earlier in this thread)....not 100%.

Because if ADP is 100% and they lose this game.....Childress' job could be in jeopardy.

Was over at my Dads for a late Christmas gathering so just wondering..

Did they fire Williamson and get it over with?? :X

Don't even give him air fare, say  :bowtie: and we will send you your things.

If that wasn't a signature "catch" for his career and the Vikings season I don't know what was.

:)

Down 17-3 and Washington up 20-3.

Nice run.. considering the over/under in Vegas was at 6 at the beginning of this year you exceed their and my expectations.

Next year my Expectations will be VERY high.

So, in preparation, if someone could stock up and send me a case of Antacid tablets, a Case of Advil and a few cases of :suds: I'd appreciate it. TIA ;)

:) I think the Vikings just saw the update on the Redskins game. Two false starts in a row.

and a face mask in the end zone for two points.. Game, set, match..

Hey Childress I have an idea.

If you get close enough go ahead and try a 50+ yard FG here.. nothing bad could come from that..

What? :jawdrop:

oh yea.. never mind.. :lmao:

:hot:

typical Denver overtime procedure:

1.lose the toss or go three and out on first drive

2. get burned for big yardage or a touchdown on first play.

Effin' Dallas. NFL needs a new rule, you play your starters in week 17 no matter what...well, they can substitute for deaths and dismemberments.

Doesn't matter.hmmm.. wait... replay??Very close...
Shouldn't we be rooting for the Vikes to lose this game now that the Redskins have clinched? (improved draft position)
Not root for it, but not going to cry about it. With the Eagles winning and Texans winning (not sure about tie-breaker with them) it should help draft position enough to maybe get Desean Jackson or Malcolm Kelly...can't believe Williamson. Don't think the pick will be high enough to get Phillips.

I was actualy watching the game so didnt finish typing after a bit. But thanks for your concern. :lmao: And if anyone wants to come check on me in Baghdad.. don't forget your helmet.

Shanahan catches a lot of flak for a lot of things (many of them justified), but I love his sense of irony. Four years ago, Denver was facing an undefeated Minnesota team and was starting its backup QB (I believe Steve Beurlein started and Danny Kanell finished). Denver was playing very well until, on the last play before halftime, Culpepper evaded rushers and bought himself a ton of time just scrambling back and forth, then threw a hail-mary downfield which Randy Moss caught short of the end zone (yes, back when Moss was still a Viking), then executed a sandlot Hook and Ladder play to Moe Williams for a miracle TD right before halftime. Denver's spirits were deflated, they lost the game, Moss's Hook and Ladder becomes one of the plays of the year, and Shanahan had to spend the entire year watching replays of it.

So what does he do the very next time he plays Minnesota? Fourth quarter, game tied after Minnesota mounts a furious comeback (two TDs and two 2pcs in 3 minutes), Shanahan's facing a key drive to try to march down for a game winning field goal. What does he call? A sandlot hook-and-ladder play to Brandon Marshall. Does anyone here think that that's a coincidence?

maybe something happened during practice this week that wasn't reported?
