As good as this feels, it boggles my mind that both teams starters are still in this. Stupid on both sides imo.
Consider it done.P.S. Your spelling teacher called. How do i usnsuscribe from that blog ??I'm here every week slick. I'm a blogger, not a troll. The Eagles were losing when they got here. The Eagles were losing when I posted that tough guy, it had nothing to do with the fact that you're trolling.
I assumed they rested their starters without looking at the box score.I'm guessing they get their A##es handed to them next week if this is the determination they show when it counts. Why do you say that? They had everything to play for this week and totally laid an egg.Embaressing . Eagles will be MUCH better next week , heck , can't be worse.
Don't we play you guys again? You better enjoy it cowboys, that's all I have to say. I don't see yall's playoff drought ending anytime soon.
Obviously, because Philly showed so much todayYou better enjoy it cowboys, that's all I have to say. I don't see yall's playoff drought ending anytime soon.
Yes, I thought of that too.Pretty awesome!First time in Dallas Cowboy history they posted back-to-back shutouts.vs NFC East opponents to boot! Woohoo!!!!

YEAH and they are playing their best right now. We can go far. This defense is playing lights out. Romo,Cowboys NFC East Champions and #3 seed!![]()
They really are right now. Congrats to Cowboy fans. This defense is playing lights out.
Thank you Dallas Cowboys Signed the Minnesota Vikings
Suisham did nail a 44 yarder to make it a 3 possession game today. That has to build confidence.wasn't expecting a shutout.Great win for the cowboys, but I expect a different eagles team next week, I would expect them to be alot more aggressive offensively and defensively. Thought the eagles o-line played fairly well. Between the receiver drops and McNabb not throwing all that well, if that is different next week we have a much closer game.Only concern I had was I didn't feel the front 7 got as much pressure as I would have liked to see against the reshuffled line.I think the Philly D benefits from playing at home, the noise coupled with their aggressiveness is what really causes problems. Glad we have this game at home. No way would I want the 1st game to be on the road at Minny.Would have liked to see Suisham attempt a FG where they went for it on 4th, would of been a long one but might of helped with confidence.Need to get Roy involved again, as much as he has sucked, he can be a factor, I think he is losing confidence in himself which is just as dangerous as the QB losing confidence.Gonna be fun at work tomorrow (live o/s Philly)

When has McNabb EVER taken responsibility for a loss? Maybe if Maclin was a year older, his arms would be longer and he would be better able to reach behind him to catch passes? Or maybe if Nick Cole was a year older his shotgun snaps would be higher so McNabb wouldn't have to bend to catch them? This guy just continues to deflect any responsibility for Eagles failures.McNabb: "We showed our youth today."
Under Reid, the Eagles have never lost a first round playoff game. 7-0. I will say that we got our asses handed to us yesterday. We made some stupid mistakes, I counted 5 dropped passes, the defense was swiss cheese, etc. Thats not to take anything away from Dallas, they outplayed us every step of the way and it pains me to say this, but they wanted it WAY more than we did. That being said...Its a new season now. Eagles have made the playoffs for the eigth time in ten years. As a fan, I am thankful for their consistent level of playoff caliber teams. I can't say I am not worried about this Saturday, but if there is any team that has the playoff experience needed in coaching staff and in players, it is the Birds. Good Luck and may the best team win. I honestly can't call it at all...bentley said:fasteddie_21 said:Obviously, because Philly showed so much todayGachi said:You better enjoy it cowboys, that's all I have to say. The 44-16 cumulative score and the fact that the team that's won twice is 12-5 in the third matchup would suggest the drought is ending shortly. Unless "soon" means in the next four days.

sorry, but isn't Maclin a first Round professional WR? The ball went through his hands. Literally. Was it a great throw, no, but I have a minimal expectation that if the WR gets both hands around the ball, he will catch it. There were three or four other DROPS that hit people squarely in the chest. Jackson had one that bounced off his stomach. I can think of one major miss that he had, and that was the deep route to a wide open Jackson. He probably shouldn't have said it the way he did, but he wasn't wrong. Also, that loss was on everyone. The whole team, offense, defense, ST, coaching all sucked. His role was a very small element in their Failure..When has McNabb EVER taken responsibility for a loss? Its correct to say Maclin could have caught that one ball, but it was clearly behind him. If McNabb hits him in stride it could have been a TD.sorry, but isn't Maclin a first Round professional WR? Good take. I'm looking forward to it. no kiddin. Cowboys Stadium is way too quiet. not that Texas Stadium was known to be loud, but come on! a shut out of the eagles to win the NFC East. that place should be rockin! maybe people are too upset about how much money they spent to see a game, to be loud?Good take. this is the problem I have with a lot of the negative McNabb talkers (not lumping you in, just an example.) You agree that Maclin should have caught it. But the issue you have is with McNabb not hitting him in stride, not with the fact that the ball was absolutely catchable and went through the WR's hands. Point is McNabb put the ball in a spot that his WR should have been able to make a play. The WR didn't but the blame falls at McNabb's feet for not putting it in a BETTER place for the WR to make a play. And what about the other balls that were clearly drops by the WR's? Look i can't say McNabb played very well, but neither the reason for the offense sputtering nor us losing can be placed at his feet. I can understand his frustration and while it might not have been the best thing to say, it is the truth. A lot of the youth on this team did not show up. I would throw Macdonald in there as well. I know he has been around for a long time under johnson, but this is his first year holding the clipboard and frankly I thought that defense was EXPOSED yesterday. And a lot of the blame should go on his shoulders. Where was the pressure? how many blitzes did he run? More importantly, how many blitzes did he run successfully? the Safety play was lackluster, Trotter can not cover Witten/Austin (nor should he be expected to, but whatever.) This was a team loss. Its correct to say Maclin could have caught that one ball, but it was clearly behind him. I'm not letting the WR off the hook. Just pointing out how McNabb went out of his way to throw the 'youth' under the bus when he certainly is not without blame. He needs to look in the mirror before calling out others. Saying "we showed our youth today" is another way of saying, "hey, it wasn't my fault" when he could have, in fact, played better himself. It was a poorly thrown ball that the receiver could have made the catch.this is the problem I have with a lot of the negative McNabb talkers (not lumping you in, just an example.) That is weird, I am no architech major or anything but with the dome roof closed I would think it get a much louder in there. the end zone is open over the 1st deck all the way to the glass walls. That is a major dead air space to allow for standing room only fans. Stadiums that are actually truly loud like Seattle etc. etc. have high end zones that are vertical to trap the noise. The roof has nothing to do with it as it's far too high over the field to be any factor at all. That is weird, I am no architech major or anything but with the dome roof closed I would think it get a much louder in there.
