Game Thread W17 - Seattle V Tampa Bay (1 Viewer)

Meaningless game. All Seattle starters will play, but I don't think they play deep into the game. I fully expect them to be sitting after halftime unless they're losing. They've lost three in a row and would like to get some momentum going into the playoffs, but I think reality sets in quickly and they protect their stars at some point.

Double move by Hackett. Gets a monster bump from the cornerback. Hackett makes reception anyway down the sideline. Nicely done. Good hands.

SEA CB Kelly Herndon down and hurting after the long play to Galloway. With Trufant out for possibly a long time they could be looking at losing both starting CBs heading into the playoffs. Looked like it might be bad. Came down awkwardly on knee and ankle. Jimmy Williams and rookie Kelly Jennings now on the field.

 
Impressed with TB WR Maurice Stovall. Big and strong.

Seattle secondary now in serious trouble. I see a big day in line for Rattay.

 
Stovall targeted on lob into end zone. Went up high to make play, but couldn't come down with it. Jimmy Williams did a good job of ripping ball out.

Galloway TD on short slant from Rattay.

 
Alexander fumbles. As Bucs jump on it and signal they have it FOX cuts away to show Detroit TD highlight while we wonder if it was an actual fumble. Officials do signal fumble. SEA challenges. Play under review.

 
Bucs waste the turnover as Dave Moore fumbles it back deep in SEA territory. Bucs would have a first and goal or 4th and short at the 5. Nice fumble return by Boulware.

 
Not impressed with the offense or defense today. The good news is that we will most likely be playing Dallas.

And I hate Galloway.

Sweet grab. Great job of pulling the ball up away from the ground and rolling his body to keep the ball up. Glad to see him getting a chance to shine.You have to admit that we haven't seen a catch like the long deep one that got tipped up into the air for years here in Seattle. Hackett is the only guy on the roster capable of making spectacular plays like that.
 
13 point lead. Seattle starters still in the game, but Morris is getting more touches. Color me shocked.

 
I'm going on record, I want the Cowboy's. They are falling apart, Romo has no playoff experiance, and after a loss to a horrible Det team, TO will tear this team apart this week. :goodposting:
