Game Thread W2 - Green Bay V Detroit (1 Viewer)

I'm looking forward to this game.

I think Detroit's defense rebounds and gets 2+ take aways from the Aaron Rogers offense. Detroit's offense will score some big plays on an overly aggressive and not 100% healthy GB secondary. Ryan Grant has a good not great day, K Smith does enough to keep the chains moving. Hanson 3 FGs 3 PATs.

Is Grant slow or the line just not opening holes? or is DET D much better than last week?

Rodgers has thrown a couple of high hard ones, plus a bad pass down the center. Rodgers was great last week, average so far today

When the Packers go 4 wide its difficult for good defenses to cover them, so for Detroit it's practically impossible.

 
As a Grant owner, this is what I was afraid of. GB going up big early, which allows them to rest Grant in the second half and let other backs carry the ball.

 
This shows you why rookie QBs should sit on the bench for 3 years. It take 3 years to learn the West Coast offense. McCarthy has the entire play book to pick from.

 
i tried to let Rodgers slip to my 10th pick instead of round 9 - kicked myself then, madder now. Rodgers is going to have a fine year

Heck, everybody is already playing. Lumpy and Gordy entered the game in the 1st quarter.

Yeah, Rodgers learned a lot and had the time to learn a lot. I hope this continues to next week..

Yeah but instead of splitting carries in the second half like he did v Minn, he is going to get zero carries now. That's why it sucks that GB has already put this game away
 
I started Rodgers over Brees.

Now I need the Lions to score some points so the Packers won't simply sit Rodgers. Go Megatron!!
