Game Thread W2 - New Orleans V Tampa Bay (1 Viewer)

I have to admit I was no fan of Garcia when he came to Tampa... but I am going to eat hat and say i was wrong, the guy is a gamer and can run this offense VERY well.

Saints fans, you may not want to hear this, but this is exactly what your team needs. It's understandable if you suck vs the Colts, who are an incredible team. But to lose to a bunch of scrubs like the Bucs will really lead the Saints to pull together.

I've always been a fan of Garcia. Very underrated qb. Everyone sucks in Cleveland.

If the Saints were playing Appalachian State next week the Mountaineers would be a decent favorite.

Simply terrible.

My God the Saints are bad. If your a Brees owner, start to get real worried..If your not a Brees owner, might be a nice buy low candidate..
I gotta say, this is nothing about how well their opponents have played, it's all about how badly the Saints have played.
I don't agree. Saints are making mistakes but the Bucs are dominating. Hard-hitting defense and perfect strikes from Garcia.

I'll stick with the "Saints would make Charlie Batch look like a Hall of Famer" theory.

If I'm the Saints coach here, I call back to back plays in the huddle. If 3rd and 1 fails, we go right back to the line with play #2 in a hurry up offense.

OK - last straw. Refs just took 5 full yards off of that punt. Landed out of bounds at the 25. Should be marked at the 26 or better. The 22? OMFG you have to be kidding me.

Wow on that 3rd and 5 Brees was rolling out and had a guy wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide open literally right in front of him rolling with him. How did he miss that?

Are you saying the Refs are calling the Game in favor of the Bucs?

This is incredibly frustrating. The Saints coordinators have to be able to see what I'm seeing, so I'm incredulous that they won't take what the defense is giving them. The Saints have convinced themselves that they are the Colts, and other teams have to bow down to their awesome offensive gameplan.

Not that the Bucs need any help, but the awful missed holding on the last Buc TD was a game changer.I think it has more to do with incompetence. Shame the Saints are the ones getting jobbed, though.

Well.. the Saints will always have 2006 to look back on. Remember that year... good times.

Nah ... Saints might go 5-11 this season. Your Bucs will be touchdown favorites when they come to the Dome.Too many press clippings and commericals. The Saints are lost and done for 2007.

Interesting stat - teams that start 0-2 have a 1% chance of making the playoffs.Time to start putting young guys in to learn the ropes - season over.

I saw a lot of positive things last week v Seattle. The line is getting better, and Garcia is certainly 3 times the QB that Grads is. It's an improving team...I see 8-8.
