Game Thread W3 - Dallas V Chicago (2 Viewers)

How can you not score any points against one of the worst defenses in the league, BEARS? What's wrong with you? 1 td in the 1st 2 1/2 games? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That should never ever happen in the NFL. I can't even decide who I hate the worst on offense. They're all so bad.Thank heavens for our unreal defense and special teams, but they can't win every game all by themselves, literally. Something needs to change right now. Do something.  :wall:
Put in Orton.
I'll take anything at this point.

This is a big game obviously for him. If they lose this game at home......I believe they'll finally start to think about putting another QB in there. It's one thing losing on the road to one of the power houses of the AFC from last year but if they get beat by an NFC team at home, they will have realized they have been caught in terms of NFC dominance and something has to change. It's certainly not the defense or special teams........

Also impressed with Owens tonight....he's not just running deep routes, but making big plays for first downs when they need it.

The real issue tonite is not enough pressure on Romo.
Really, I think they're getting decent pressure at times. I think Romo is doing an outstanding job of sliding around and creating just enough time for himself and the receivers.*knock on wood* but right now Romo couldn't be playing much better IMO given the situation.

That isn't entirely true. The Bears really have no pass rush. That is a concern. And if the Bears lose this game the season is pretty much done. The Packers are ahead of the Bears by two games. The Bears offense is pathetic. If you can't score points against the Dallas D who can you score against? I'm really tired of this purely pitiful offense.

The three worst officiating calls I've seen all year, and they all go against the same team. Interesting.
Exactly, they missed DeMarcus Ware KICKING Grossman for a sack....thats highly illegal.
Kicking? Take off the glasses
Haha...look at the play again, he lifted his other leg at grossman even after he took him down.
Lifted leg = kick? :hot: Yes, I agree. He tried to bring him down with his legs (Which should be legal; another stupid rule), but he definitely didn't "kick" Grossman.

Interesting. Dallas has almost no defense and Chicago is so pathetic on offense they can't do anything. Meanwhile the vaunted Bears "D" has already given up more at home then they usually do.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Romo with 220 yards with 25 minutes of football left...not running much so should be a shoe-in for a 300 yard bonus game!

Looking at the play again, the entire Bears LB corp got sucked in on the play fake. Nicely done by Romo and company.
