Very good question! I have AJ and Owen Daniels in this gameTime for Sage?how atrocious does Schaub look -- 0-6 1 INT, are you kidding?!
I can only guess (hope) that they are opening the game pounding away with White so that they can unleash Chris Johnson for a while once the D tightens up.any word on why Chris Johnson isn't getting the ball??
Johnson has three attempts so far. Two in the endzone and he drop them both.Any A. Johnson info? Has he had any targets or does Schaub just suck?
I wouldn't say he dropped them both. The first one was an overthrow that he did well to get his hands on and the second one was partially batted away by the defender.Johnson has three attempts so far. and he's on my benchLendale TD #2
some much for the C.Johnson hypeLendale TD #2
He's about the only positive on that team so far today. How does Slaton look? His boxscore looks encouraging.
Because the NFL Rules say you can't return a PAT try. Once the defensive gets possession the play is over. Can someone explain why Tenn wasnt allowed to return that PAT INT for 2 pts? It's not like they kicked the ball and it was blocked.
:middlefinger:Lendale TD #2
4:00 left in 2nd quarter. Something tells me CJ may see more than 4 touches in total today.some much for the C.Johnson hypeLendale TD #2
Lendale got no love on this forum, but 4 TDs in three games is looking like a touchdown machine. C. Johnson won't see the endzone 4 times all year.some much for the C.Johnson hypeLendale TD #2
Looks like he belongs out there for sure. Very shifty. Super quick. A little small so let's hope Haynesworth doesn't get his hands on him. He's about the only positive on that team so far today. How does Slaton look? His boxscore looks encouraging.
So does the offense need to make it known that they are going for PAT or a 2-point conversion? Can they not set up in a PAT formation (kick) and fake for two points?Because the NFL Rules say you can't return a PAT try. Once the defensive gets possession the play is over. Can someone explain why Tenn wasnt allowed to return that PAT INT for 2 pts? It's not like they kicked the ball and it was blocked.
Problem is that they look so bad on offense in general so how much will they use him when they are going to be down double digit pts in many games? This team always seems to take one small step forward then a HUGE step backwards, don't they?Looks like he belongs out there for sure. Very shifty. Super quick. have a feeling there are a lot of concerned CJ owners in here...87 User(s) are reading this topic (37 Guests and 0 Anonymous Users)
Yeah, because he's looked so awful so far this season.some much for the C.Johnson hypeLendale TD #2
Absolutely. I toyed with starting him today, but because of the tough matchup, I did not. An unproven rookie against a tough run defense...I just couldn't do it. But I like what I am seeing today, nonetheless. It bodes well for the immediate future.Looking at the boxscore and watching slaton put up those numbers against a very tough Titans defense. Any Slaton owners considering playing him next week vs jags?
CJ will get his share of touches, just no where near the endzone. He is the setup guy for White.CJ has 52 total yards at the half, I'm not too concerned.
All I know is if one of them goes down the other is going to be very good.CJ will get his share of touches, just no where near the endzone. He is the setup guy for White.CJ has 52 total yards at the half, I'm not too concerned.
Probably won't play him - but it's great for depth and trade baitLooking at the boxscore and watching slaton put up those numbers against a very tough Titans defense. Any Slaton owners considering playing him next week vs jags?
