Game Thread W3 - San Diego v. NY Giants (1 Viewer)

Somebody needs to explain to Will Peterson that when he has postion in front to the WR he is not supposed to let the ball go through his hands and allow the WR behind him to catch it. :thumbdown: Nice concentration by McKardell to make that catch :thumbup:

 
I still remember the chargers last week, 1st and goal on the 9, and 3 straight passes.Obviously someone in the chargers organization wrote a memo "GIVE THE F-ING BALL TO LT". This guy is clearly the best RB in the league. I think SD fell in love with Brees and the "lethal passing attack". It's good to see LT back as the main guy, and hopefully they won't forget they have the best RB in the league in the backfield.

 
Refs really suck this year. I hate to say it, but I have seen so many terrible calls. Helmet to helmet? He hit him in the back.

 
Giants really needed that. They were big time in danger of letting the game become a runaway. Eli looked pretty tough on that drive. Hung in the pocket and took some hits while delivering the ball. Nice hanging fade to Plexiglass in the corner of the endzone.

 
I may have to start manning over lackluster favre next week. He looks good.

Lil Manning is looking pretty good, isn't he? But they're playing catch up ball right now. Not the norm for the Giants while it is and will be, the norm for the Pack. Think Favre is still the better play most weeks. Plus Sherman just seems to have a real aversion to running the ball these days.
