Game Thread W4 - Atlanta V Seattle (1 Viewer)

This thread will be pinned once we're under way.

If you see something happening, please describe the play instead of eg "WOW".

Please describe more of what you see, things that will help other fantasy owners eg Player X is seeing loads of targets, Player Y is running the ball with authority today etc

Remember, not all of us are watching your game.

I always wondered why more centers didn't snap the ball when guys jumped. Guess that's why. The refs only flagged the O for illegal shift, even though the D was still in the neutral zone. Thought it should've been offsetting, but I guess that shows the risk/reward of snapping it before the QB calls for it.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is Clipboard Jesus's first appearance, especially if there's another 3 and out or turnover by TJ.

DL not looking as strong as usual. Bigby is capable but doesn't seem to have the knack for being around the ball that Kam has.

I should feel pretty good about finally having an easier game, BUT, this still is Atlanta's defense on the field. Rice was wide open, grimes is overrated in my mind.

Freaking Roddy White caught long passes that got stopped at the 1 and 2 respectively. Turner came in to mop up and score the TD's. Fellow White owners, it's official... we're screwed this season.

Any news on why Lynch only has 4 carries?
Look at the number of plays run. Can't be too bad of a ratio. Even though I'm technically ok with losing this year to keep one of the big 3 QBs in sight for the draft, it's still not easy to watch, nor can I stop myself from rooting for them.

Not too many in this thread, looks like Julio Jones is having a huge day and Turner is cashing in when they get stopped at the 2 yd line.

:lmao: No Tavaris, when the other team catches your pass in the end zone...it is NOT a touchdown.

Gotta be humiliating to the Atlanta to see someone like Marshawn Lynch rumble for a score against them.

Not worse than seeing Jackson with 242 yards at this point and his 2 INTs were both tips. At least Lynch has big play ability likie he showed in the playoffs last year, letting Jackson pass all over you is worse imo.

That's a ####### catch. Challenge that bull####.
It's not a catch, but only because of the stupidest rule in the game.eta: In this case it worked out for me, but I am sick of seeing excellent plays go to waste because of this stupid ####### rule.

Have a good season Seattle.

Good receivers and tight ends with a garbage QB & RB. Hopefully the draft brings an upgrade in talent there.

That's the only thing that makes this loss tolerable. As much as I can't help but live and die with them winning, it's really better for them to not. But them fighting to the end and nearly beating a good team is exactly what this very young team needs so they can be ready for a QB to step into a savvy situation. So really, today is best of both worlds. Biggest sign of youth? I think there are more false starts on Seattle at home than all of last season combined. They need to learn to let the 12th Man work with them, not against.Good game, great experience for the youngsters. White, Jones, Turner, Ryan and Gonzo comes down to a last second FG? I'll take it.
