Game Thread W6 - Monday Night Football (1 Viewer)

Dunno if this has been said, havent read the other posts -- but is the camera going in and out of focus for anyone else? It's really annoying to watch.

Wow -- that was fun to watch.

Didnt realize how small he was until now. Maybe now they'll start him more and I'll have myself a legit RB2...

Nice catch by Toomer. It's Jacobs' time now at the 1.

GD TD theiving Droughns
NO KIDDING...I feel your F'n pain. :(going against Burress tonight and I need Jacobs to outscore Burress by 3 points. :(
I share your pain, as well. I'm in a very similar spot (Jacobs vs. Burress). You just expect Jacobs to get 1st crack at those <1 YD TDs.At least all the Droughns owners will be happy...
Droughns owner here... started him.. now I am up by 80 points and the other guy is done..granted, the league I am down by .26 I have Jacobs...

Weird. Why would they want Droughns to get the goalline carries when you have a 500 pound guy to go to?

Is he that much better in short-yardage situations?

how does a 260+ RB get vultured? haha.
This is the crap that makes me want to give up on FF. It's been around in limited doses for years. I can remember Leroy Hoard getting 9-10 TDs around the goal line for the late 1990s Vikings. But it made some sense considering his size vs. Robert Smith, etc.Coaches overspecializing the game is a fantasy killer. All I want to do is

don't forget... the Bucs were asking what the Giants wanted for Droughns... maybe TC just showcased him a little.

I'm sure BJ will get a chance tonight.

Maybe this is where Jacobs Week 1 injury and shoulder stinger tonight plants an idea in Coughlin's brain. Or he's a creature of habit who always did the same thing with Tiki. Saving wear and tear? Or maybe he just hates all of us FF geeks.

The look on Coughlin's face when he loses a challenge is always priceless.

Same look as if someone walked up and pulled his pants down.

Jacobs owner here. Need him to score 1 TD and I'll wrap up my game. Honestly though, what do you want from Coughlin. Jacobs hurt his shoulder on the first drive. If he thinks Droughns can pound it in from the 1, then why not save Jacobs for the plays he needs him for (i.e. that Droughns can't do)?
