Game Thread W7 - Minnesota V Pittsburgh (1 Viewer)

Favre throwing when he didn't have to cost this team the game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice play calling Childress, you moron!

Wait, let me also add that they took the best player out and his replacement blew it!!

Again, good decision moron AKA Childress!

:goodposting: So many chances..

Still Happy with the game overall.. Vikings played Hard throughout and had many opportunity's to win this one which many didn't believe they could. :lmao:

Quote of the day, "You know I bet Brett Favre would like to have that play back." Can't put a pricetag on that kind of insight.

Chester Taylor not catching a pass that hit his hands had something to do with it. I am sure the Favre haters will try and use that since they have been quiet for 7 weeks.

You have to kick a FG here. It's the only way you possibly have enough time left.

FG, onside kick, hail marry. If you run a play here you're out of time.

Minnesota just got "Favre'd"...
I think it was "Taylor'd".
I know it was more Taylor's fault than Favre, although I'd agree with North that they really had no business throwing there anyway, even if it's just a screen pass. But the throw WAS a bit high...Anyway, I was just getting a little tired of color analysts using Favre as a verb in recent weeks, after the SF game and again in the BAL game, and in the BAL game Favre had less to do with the outcome than Steve Hauschka did.

It was a bad play call. And if you didn't see the Baltimore game Favre had a lot to do with that outcome by helping lead the Vikings to a score late in the game when the Vikings were losing.

It's a shame this thread turned into a (predictable) playground slap fight because it really was a fun game to watch.

No need to wear a :bag: Vike Fans.. We should be Happy and :goodposting: after having chances in that game. :goodposting:

That is a tough place to play and to take it to the Steelers right to end makes me hopefully for the rest of the season!

GO VIKINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here come the classy Steeler fans.
You've been whining for the past half hour and are now ripping on Steelers fans for not being "classy"? I agree it was a bad tripping call by the way.
Wait, we can't whine about #### calls?
When did I say that you couldn't whine? I was just stating a fact that you have been whining for the past half hour. Keep whining.......it won't change the outcome for you.

Great game, regardless of the outcome. I think vikes proved they can play with anyone.
I think everyone already knew that. The Vikings are a really good team and the cream of the crop in the league. Great defensive effort by both teams today.
Guess you didn't watch/read any media reports or Pre-games this week huh  Everyone was questioning if this teams 6-0 was "real" or because of the schedule.

They proved today that they are a "true" 6-1.
