Seriously, they can still win this game...might as well gamble on your rookie qb instead of the qb who hasn't shown a damn thing.
 
I've only seen Lendale play once this year. When I did, he seemed to just plow ahead and get 2-4 yd gains through the first half. Nothing spectacular. Then as the game went on his runs start to get longer and longer. Stats in the other games I've looked at seem the same. Anyone familiar with this guy for the past 4 or so games? Is he really beating the bell out of defenses?

I haven't seen much of him in the NFL, but I watched him play a ton at USC. The Trojans basically did the same thing every week. They would split carries with Bush and White in the first half. Then they would come out after halftime and feed White the ball. He'd pick up yards in 5-10 yard chunks and the team would march down the field and score at will. You could practically see the opposing defense quit. He's definitely a guy who picks up steam as the game progresses and the opposing team gets tired. He can rip off 5-10 yard runs and he's not a lot of fun to tackle once he gets moving.

Ok, so maybe they can't win the game anymore...might as well gamble on your rookie qb and see what he's got. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ANYTHING BUT CARR.
 
Carr is garbage. Oh look, there's a TD pass from him. I was hoping he'd absolutely tank the rest of the way, but no there's the TD pass that will keep him in at QB for another week probably. ;)

 
Carr pulled this same routine all the time in Houston. Stink up the joint for three quarters. Pile up some stats in garbage time to make the score look close.

Yeah, too bad the Panthers scouting team didn't realize that. It seems whenever the offense plays horribly, the defense has their best games, when the offense plays well, the defense stinks it up. This team is a mystery. I wonder where they would be if Jake was healthy all along?
 
30 carries on bad toe...this is just getting ridiculous. Should've Gotten him out before he goes Caddy on ya...
