Looking a lot more like the old CJ. The only thing negative IMO, is his speed. Just doesn't seem as quick as he was. He could have a great game if he keeps this up.

Agree NB, not sold he is a QB to take you to the promised land but he is making strides and this is already a great season for Cinci fans as he also is collecting a nice assortment of weapons. His story is like Drew Brees who went high 2nd after SD picked up LT in the 1st except in his story they picked up AJ Green to go opposite Simpson. Good post.

Chris Johnson needs one of these 50 yard TD type plays. Game is tight, they need some big plays out of him.

Again I 100% agree that Dalton is a good QB and with the right coaches and players, could be great. As a Titans fan, I'm also looking forward to seeing more of Locker.

Johnson was incredibly tentative - really shocking to see.
Dalton's poise is incredible. My favorite play had to be the one where he changed the play at the line, the ball is snapped and the LE for the Titans is coming at him unabated. Dalton seems unaware but at the perfect moment he turns and flips it to Benson (technically it was a run but it basically was a screen) and he runs for like 20. Just beautiful.
Still don't love Dalton's deep ball but it seems like if he gets in the neighborhood, AJ will make a play or draw a flag.
Finally, the defense just gets better and better. They really are owning the ends of these games.
Now for the big test. I'm excited and happy about this season regardless, but the Steelers will definitely be a couple cuts above anyone we've played so far this year.
