Game Thread Week 1- Dallas V Washington (1 Viewer)

Dallas was moving the ball well, and then those two plays to Bryant killed the drive. It was like they were too concerned with getting the rookie touches, touches that had little chance of gaining much. Put them in 3rd and long and next think you know...punt.

 
Dallas was rolling until the back to back screens to Bryant. Have to admit, don't know why they went to the same play the second time. I'm a Skins fan, but I would have fed Barber...

They obviously thought he was a mismatch 1v1 against Hall.
 
Run the ball successfully for a couple of big gains; they forget about the run for 2 short passes, an incompletion, and a punt. :excited: I guess this is why I'll never be an NFL coach.....

 
That's huge the the Skins sustained a drive. They need to find a way to handle Dallas' pass rush, or at least flip a screen over those guys to try to hit some big gains. Dallas is also playing the run well. THey are a good defense to be sure.

McNabb still looks like he can play. His decision making is just so much quicker than Campbell it's not even funny. Campbell would have wilted under the same pressure.

 
D. Ware looking strong. Good drive by the skins though, totally weird seing McNabb on the Skins, he looks pretty good, better than Kolb looked preconcussion.

It tells you just how bad Jamarcus was when Campbell is considered an improvement.
 
What a terrible call on Fletcher. Bryant wasn't down. And if the whistle had blown, the refs are brain dead for prematurely blowing the play dead. How can they mess up calls like that? :wub:
