In a normal season I'm so whipped up about this game I feel my heart racing and get overly and overly .

Today.. Relaxed and just getting ready to watch whatever happens.

Amazing how fun watching the Vikes vs. Pack game can be when your expectations are low.

Do they have a chance today.. Sure, these two teams play each other hard no matter what the records are.

But win or lose I'll be able to sit back and enjoy the game..

That's not to say I won't be in here when Childress makes one of his 20 coaching moves today.

Same here. I don't expect the Vikes to win, but I know they have a chance. Really, the two things I like to see most from the Vikings any year are:

1. Make the playoffs

2. Beat the Packers (especially at Lambeau)

That's funny you said that. The last two years, watching the Packers, I felt the exact same way. Now, all the frustration is back. I'm back to biting my nails on Sundays. It is a completely different set of emotions depending on the situation.

Packers fan here... Worried that now we don't have the added benefit of Childress as the 12th man (13th if you count the crowd) on our D, Adrian Peterson is SCARY! Last time we met, 10 carries for 108 yards at the half -- until he was stopped by Childress...

I do have Adrian Peterson starting today, so if he does go off, I'll have something to be happy about...

Not me, which guaranteed him a big game. I had the option, went with my gut and played Sjax and it was wrong. Oh well. Such is life. At least its nice to see him solidify the RB role with that soft schedule.

WRs cannot catch today. One overthrow to Driver and Jennings has dropped a couple, Jones dropped one as well.

Thet've got to get Jennings on the field catching passes in the pre-game. Every weeks he drops passes in the 1st quarter and then develops hands of glue. Works for Harrison and Manning.

If the receivers start catching and Favre starts hitting he should have a field day.

Vikes are rushing only 3 or 4 on passing downs and dropping into what they call "coverage".

Real smart coaching move there.

Give Favre all the time he wants, he won't find anyone.. .

Not good for Packers. If the Vikes can hang close Peterson is going to eventually explode.Rooting for the Packers is a trade off in stress vs excitement.
