They failed to convert the 4th and 1 (pass incomplete), but the Buccaneers should feel good that they've turned field position around. You have to think the Redskins will not effectively move the ball.

This drive is a very interesting one for the Redskins, and should illustrate the philosophy of the head coach. Some coaches here would get very conservative with a 7 point lead.

Ties don't advance you to the next round, right? Regardless, with a tie, you still need another score. They just pissed that away.

Who said anything about 2 FGs? A FG and then a TD? Even if they got the 1st down, that isn't a TD. It isn't like they were on the 1 yd. line. Stupid call.

It was a good call to go for it but it was a bad play call. Nothing wrong with play action but in that situation with the defense coming up the gut to stop the run you need to get rid of the ball immediately.

Sometime in the future someone will look at the game box and say Caddy didn't play very well (17 for 44 and a fumble), a good reason why the stats don't always tell the truth (not that I'm underestimating the fumble, just he's made the very best out of a heap of bad situations).
