My older brother was given a golden parachute from the gigantic energy company he's worked for for almost 30 years thanks to low oil prices.  He was planning on retiring in 2-3 years any way.   He's been talking about finding another source of income.  IMO it can't happen too soon.

Today he posted a pic on FB of his latest "project".  He's hanging up the hoses that go to his pool sweep to "take the memory out of them".  His son posted a comment "everyday you are getting one step closer to being Hank Hill". 

 
Just got hammered from behind by an F-250 on my way home from work. 

Sadly, not a euphemism. Seems my little Fusion is pretty well put together.

Haha, was just joshing around since you mentioned the boat.  But which lake?  I've got a GB at work with a house on Houston County Lake that I keep threatening to visit one weekend.

Don't get out too much with the infant now but mostly hang around the Midtown area.  Also enjoy visiting the breweries.  Saw you guys were at the Continental Club a few weeks ago.  Let me know though when you're free and we can get together.

As your friend and attorney, I strongly advise you to start complaining of severe neck pain.  

And get a neck brace.

Especially compared to that lower back and neck pain that just came on suddenly while you were reading my post and may never go away.

If I were still a betting man, I'd imagine that would be worth somewhere between 18-22,000 to make you not sue that guy. 12,500 if his insurance company will pay in 15 days.

I know this is shtick but I wasted a week of my life on a jury for a case like this

I had a client once who was internally decapitated by a low-speed car accident.  Super old guy, though.
