my head and especially the back of my neck are still sweating from my yoga experience earlier today. i'm trying to restore balance with booze and the biggest prime rib eyes that costco had. right aid was fresh out.

sidebar, virtually no one in costco was speaking english. it was like being in some sort of multi cultural bazaar. dominated by south east asia, spanish and what appeared to be various dialects from the sub continent. (all based on visually and audibly judging them)

What is the go-to rib recipe here? I don't own a smoker. Should I just wuss out and buy Costco pre-cooked? That isn't fun for me. Frosty?

Oven @ 300 F for 3 Hours isn't bad if you don't want to grill them

Just pull off back membrane, brush with yellow mustard and sprinkle with some rib rub and cook as listed above

I like a dry rub though. Usually use equal parts Salt Lick dry rub (yes the place we made the Odyssey to at Coshole) and brown sugar.

Absolutely. It's like nothing you've seen before. There are more memorable characters in this show than any other show in history. There's funny dialog, boobies, action, drama, politicking and intrigue, and a hugely imaginative world. And there are surprises that the most cynical viewer would never see coming. I gave up on it after one episode, then a few months later i tried it again and have never looked back. Awesome show.

Sure, point taken. Well, I also know the whole story and I've read GOT, the book. Just didn't capture me as much as I thought it might. I am probably going to binge-watch the series at some point, but I have many other things I want to watch first.
