I don't want to brag on facebook, so I'm doing it here.
Took over all operations at a bike shop in early October. November is the first full month I've got under my belt. Everything was in disarray, and we've lost two people since I came on board on top of it. Not due to me.

I took some risks and ordered a lot of last year's bikes to sell on closeout, it was a limited time opportunity and I jumped on it.
If we don't sell anything else today, revenue is up 45% and profit up 60% from last November. Feels good.
