Good point about the rhythm.  I don't mind slow movies but this was slow with no rhythm.  I think the story is interesting but not the way it was presented there.

I would ask one of the 800 lawyers here if it were important to me. My best guess would be the county records office where you register an assumed name, possibly retracting the old one at the same place? Or asking them what to do. What I'd probably end up doing is just quit using the LLC on the end and redacting it on any old printed matter I didn't want to replace.

apparently i "disrespected" my mom's boyfriend (going on 4 whole months!) this morning by not noticing that he was walking her dog around her neighborhood

got a nice long email about it a little while ago

1) i was sitting in my car listening to a football game.. praying to buddha for my headache to go away

2) knock on my ####### window if you want to say hi.. don't go running to my mom to whine about me not being nice to you (eta:  i didn't notice him, didn't see him, didn't ignore him.. i just didn't see the guy  )

3) i'm fairly certain that scolding a 41 year old man isn't going to change anything

this ####### week  can just get bent

My choice to have no contact with my family (with the exception of two brothers, sporadically) is validated constantly.

it's always the dumbest ####### things   i'm the one who takes the brunt of everything from my family. doesn't matter what happened or why, i get dumped on about it. i get calls, emails, visits and it's never ever for a good reason.. or something positive... or to just hang out... it's always with some problem or terrible news.. or to solve a problem that has nothing to do with me.

conversely, no one gives a #### enough about me to check in and see how i'm doing or what i'm feeling.  i don't get to be mad or indifferent or have an opinion. i'm just a problem solving service... how could i ever need to talk to someone? i should just suck it up, be a man and deal with whatever  

it's why i vent to you people. at least i can pretend you're listening and the jokes are much better.
