I just listened again and it appears to me he was saying he will start at WR.

He'll get that opportunity Sunday in Seattle's second home game. Look for him on punt returns, for sure, as well as a growing number of plays at receiver.

Good point. I will be monitoring this. If Tate starts, I may play him over Devin Hester, especially with 1 pt per 5 punt ret yards. Hester has not been good in that dept. as of late.
