Great products or software that were ruined by a bad "upgrade" (1 Viewer)

Some people complain about the forum software upgrade here.  What other products caused you to stop using them because of an upgrade?

For me, its SI.com.  sports illustrated used to have my favorite NFL website.  Then they did an "upgrade" to make it mobile-friendly and its just awful now.  Haven't used it since.

Windows Vista and 8 were both unusable.

Yahoo has got a lot worse the last several years.

This forum has been downhill ever since the last upgrade.  Coincidence????  I don't think so.

What other products caused you to stop using them because of an upgrade?

Almost anything Apple.  The second they upgrade items, the previous version operated at less than optimum and two generations back are almost not worth using.  Got sick of it, moved/moving on to Android devices.

Kuerig 2.0 sure was fun when I got a bazillion K-cups that wouldn't work with it. Figured out how to get around it that same day, but still very annoying. I will forever be angry at the company that introduced DRM on a freaking coffee maker.
