Harvard Business School Professor Goes to War Over $4 Worth of Ch (1 Viewer)

Now I feel bad, I recognize you guys feel left out now. We have to get one of "yours" in the mix.

How about this guy?
Yes, that guy was a dBag too. I wasn't making a statement about liberals in general, just this dude whose writings indicate exactly what he is and it is not all that unexpected based on where he works.
Yeah, that's what you said.
..there is a better than average chance he is the typical liberal-loon who teaches at an elite school.
I hate that I'm defending mx here but there's nothing incorrect saying the chances are better than average that a professor is liberal.
I have a different experience. I have a degree in finance and not one of my professors was a liberal, at least none that made it obvious. Harvard is generally known as a liberal bastion but their business school has graduated the likes of GW Bush, Mitt Romney, Bloomberg, Robert McNamara, Bob Kraft and Bill O'Reilly. So coming in here and yelling "typical liberal doosh" is painting the picture with a sleep mask on.
Do you really believe that half or less of the professors at Harvard are liberal?

I don't pretend to know. That's the point.

So mr harvard knows how much the food is supposed to be but pays the bill anyway instead of bringing it up when paying the bill.

Love that the email exchange was made public. He is going to be lambasted in the coming days by his community. What a jerk.L

I applaud the way the pwner handled the coorespondence. Hope it ends in more customers for him

I love people who recognize the value of their time and spend what appears to be 2-3 hours on $4.

This guy probably shops diligently on Black Friday as well. DOORBUUUUUUUUUUSTER!!!!!!!ONE

We're not my words. I called him a dBag, but I did not consider that typical. Loon is more typical of professors though.

I'm not always thinking about you jon, just when I'm lonely. ;)

I emailed him the following:

SUBJ: Get a Life

They're hard working people and you're harassing them over $4?

No wonder you spent your life collecting degrees and work as a professor. You don't have enough common sense to succeed in the real world.
:goodposting:

Hard to believe its not some kind of bit or there is not more to the story. That seems awfully dooshy for even the most principled of anal people.

Oh I didn't realize all Jews were liberals, or that he was even a Jew. Someone might want to alert Koya of this rule, I don't think he knows he's a liberal.
I am VERY liberal about how much Apple sauce I put on my latkes.
Nope, you have to fit into the stereotypes and generalizations or this forum fails to work. You're liberal about EVERYTHING!!!!

These guys are going to be disappointed if they ever get to see me dance. Because all black folk can DANCE!

Unless you are wearing high heels and yoga pants, I ain't watching you dance.

i support the prof. the restaurant was ripping off customers, not just this guy. he went overboard, sure, but the restuarant was being kind of a #### too. he/they weren't taking this seriously and likely would have kept ripping off customers.

I did kind of like how they were messing with him though. Saying how they would wait for the authorities and intentionally using bad engrish.

"The food was delicious"...

For a guy with a strong background, he is a real moron! When I find a good Chinese takeout spot, I don't piss them off. I hope all types of awful happens the next time he orders from there. Judging by this interaction, I assume he has already been on the receiving end of some nasty stuff when at a restaurant anyways.

Hope he gets beaten to death by a gaggle of midgets.

While I do not assume all Harvard Business School professors are liberal, I would be surprised to learn that Marian Wright Edelman's nephew is a conservative.

This. I'm guessing Mr. Lederman will be receiving a bonus portion of Cream of Sum Yung guy with most of his future orders.

Wow, what this mental giant did was SO bad that I got through two full pages of a FBG thread without someone defending him. I don't know if I've ever made it through this many posts in a thread without at least one contrarian defending even the worst of actions. I probably shouldn't say anything out loud but it's almost like watching a no hitter.

His politics and possible Abrahamic heritage aside, we should thank this man. Finally, someone has brought everyone on the boards together in agreement on something.

This guys is a hero.

Oh no, did I just give up a walk? DANG IT!

Can anyone track down a list of his clients? I propose a boycott of anyone engaging his services.
