Nope, I live in AZ and the angry elves run the place, including head elf Doug Ducey. Very few mandates here. He even just put out another pronouncement that no govt workers can be forced to wear masks. This after pushing through a law with his fellow angry elves in the legislature to forbid schools from mask mandates. Everything is optional here and if you mask up you are in the minority at most places, with varying degrees.
