Why would anyone think Kaepernick is the problem??? He's fabulous.
You're not a dumb person. I'm sure you get the point. Think maybe having one of the greatest players ever at the most important position in all of sports is a slight advantage over having one of the worst players ever at the most important position in all of sports? Why would that happen?100%.Still think Harbaugh is better than McCarthy?Uh, yeah.... as a Raider fan, I'll take that kind of "moral victory" every GD year, thank you.
How do you figure each of them would do if they were forced to swap QBs?
You do realize that you just admitted that K-stink is terrible. Al Davis lost his mojo back in the 80s. He would covet K-Stink because he lost his ability to judge talent. If Al Davis were still alive, he'd covet Kaepernick. Hell, he drafted a K in the first round. Some still say that was a genius move. Ask Raider Mort.
Those who have JT the Brick roaming a sideline. Why would anyone think Kaepernick is the problem??? He's fabulous.

Is this where I say "scoreboard" or something equally witty? Those who have JT the Brick roaming a sideline. Why would anyone think Kaepernick is the problem??? He's fabulous.
Who installed Kaepernick as the starter? Coaching is more than 60 minutes a week. That's his hand picked guy. He drafted him and elevated him to starter. It isn't like Kaepernick was foisted upon Harbaugh from an old regime. He is the golden boy that Harbaugh chose. Why would anyone think Kaepernick is the problem??? He's fabulous.

Mike McCarthy is thought of as the one who chose Smith.Who installed Kaepernick as the starter? Coaching is more than 60 minutes a week. That's his hand picked guy. Are you saying Harbaugh has less input as a head coach than McCarthy had as a coordinator? Weird. I know McCarthy was on board with Smith over Rodgers. But don't act like Harbaugh didn't hand pick Kaepernick. He did. He made his bed. Now he's lying in it.Mike McCarthy is thought of as the one who chose Smith.Who installed Kaepernick as the starter? Well, to be fair, they haven't been relevant since Bill Clinton was in office.Jeebus, a lot of people here who don't know 49er football.

Look Harbaugh is pretty good. He's not a Champion, nor has he ever been at any level I'm aware of. He lacks humility. It's fun watching him get his comeuppance.
I wonder if McCarthy's famous Quarterback's school would benefit Kaepernick, and if so how much? You're not a dumb person. I'm sure you get the point. He had Alex Smith. Yet it was Harbaugh who "fixed' him.I wonder if McCarthy's famous Quarterback's school would benefit Kaepernick, and if so how much? You're not a dumb person. Yes he did, for one whole year where he coordinated the offense and did not coach the Q.B.'s. Had he remained in S.F. he would have had an opportunity to put Smith through his Q.B. school during the off season, but that chance never materialized. Now what was your point, I seem to have missed it while recalling the relevant history.lHe had Alex Smith. The point is that the 49ers maybe would have Rodgers instead of Smith. McCarthy may have influenced that decision based on Smith not fighting the offense, like Rodgers might had.Yes he did, for one whole year where he coordinated the offense and did not coach the Q.B.'s. So the point is that you now wish to change the premise of the discussion and act like you were on point. The point is that the 49ers maybe would have Rodgers instead of Smith. So, QB school or not, politics were involved, and ironically, McCarthy may have thought Smith the better student.

Yeah, once I tossed the whole "research" thing, it meant you had to know what you're talking about. No thanks. You are not intelligent enough to hold my interest. Are you by any chance an attractive young woman with daddy issues, because from reading you here just briefly I see that as the only possibility you might present to hold my interest.
If McCarthy had coached Smith, he might be awesome. Which has nothing to do with Harbaugh. McCarthy is the better coach, always was. Has the ring to prove it. Has the QB to prove it. He's better than Harbaugh in every way. Much more humble. Much better at coaching. Much better at not wearing khakis. The point is that the 49ers maybe would have Rodgers instead of Smith. Lol. Can you imagine Mike McCarthy doing that? And this is why he needs to be in charge of kids instead of adults.

Which players did he ride at the University of San Diego to get the Stanford job?Harbaugh rode Luck to an NFL job. It's that simple.
Seriously?Which players did he ride at the University of San Diego to get the Stanford job?Harbaugh rode Luck to an NFL job. It's that simple.

He never coached at San Diego State and I'm not sure what his playing career has to do with his coaching ability. How many championships did he win at Stanford? None. How many at San Diego State? None. How many with the Colts? None. How many with the Bears? None. How many at Michigan? None.
this isn't even worth a response but sure he had 2 good seasons out of a whopping 3 years.Raider Nation said:Which players did he ride at the University of San Diego to get the Stanford job?Harbaugh rode Luck to an NFL job. It's that simple.
My point was that he's never won anything. I didn't do a fact check. He's a bright offensive mind who is too full of himself to realize his potential. He's like a player who has every physical tool, big, strong, fast, got a 4.0 in college, has a HOF running back behind him and a couple of physical marvels to throw to, no off the field issues, and yet still stinks. He never coached at San Diego State and I'm not sure what his playing career has to do with his coaching ability. How many championships did he win at Stanford? Mostly because it's a very small sample size.Look I think Harbaugh is a good coach. He just needs to cool it with the ego stuff. People don't like that stuff. Why is it not worth a reply? Did he not show coaching chops at San Diego or did he get the Stanford job because of his looks?
