Help finding new site for different scoring (1 Viewer)

I am looking for a fantasy site that allows for total scoring for the week, not head to head.  Then teams are given points based on their weekly rank.

top scorer, 10 its, 2nd highest - 9 points, down to lowest - only 1 point.

Anybody know of someplace that does that?

Maybe you cannot do it directly but I know CBS does that for it's power rankings.

You should be able to do it on MFL using the Victory Point system
