Hello, 

Long time member, seldom contributor of late. I have been working on a doctor of counseling degree. I am at an implementation portion of the program. Over the next 2 weeks until 12/20/2021 at 1201 central I am seeking respondents to a survey.

I have never really considered what distresses me and how I react. 

Now I know that the first section distresses me, but I persevered.

Also, this whole thing about changing how I emotionally respond is new to me. I consider emotional reaction innate and at best I might mitigate the response, after I have it.  I guess its possible and I should learn to incorporate it. I can do it in the dentist's chair when facing pain.
